Common questions
How do I link with my partner?
In the app, generate your invite code and share it with your partner. They enter it on their device to connect. Once linked, your saved places, notes, photos, and reservations sync between you through iCloud.
Where is my data stored?
Everything lives in your own iCloud account. We don't run a server and can't see your content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Sync isn't working
Make sure both partners are signed into iCloud and have iCloud Drive enabled, and that the app has network access. If a change doesn't appear, try reopening the app. Still stuck? Email us at support@intertwined.io.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual items in the app, or remove the app's data from your iCloud account via Settings → iCloud on your device.
